Service
RoadTalk is a service of LP Solutions Group LLC provided to trucking companies under a services agreement. The scope, price and responsibilities of the service are those of that agreement.
Authorized users
The app may be used only by drivers and staff of the carrier that contracts the service, with the access code the carrier assigns. Each user is responsible for their code.
Permitted use
The app is used to practice English for inspections, border crossings and consular interviews. It may not be used for any other purpose, to try to access other carriers' data, or to interfere with how it works. Never operate the phone while driving; driving mode is designed to need no touch, and safe driving is always the driver's responsibility.
No guarantee
RoadTalk is a practice tool. It does not guarantee the outcome of any inspection, crossing or visa process. Progress records and readiness statuses are for practice and have no official standing. Beyond what the services agreement provides, the app is offered as is, with no additional warranties.
